A charitable organization in Washington devoted to food insecurity issues has been raising funds through in-person events since the 1960s.

Like many nonprofits they needed to accept donations online during and after the pandemic. Now that their in-person activities were limited, we needed a secure way to accept funds directly in their bank account.

We set up an online fundraising system that helped them go from $0 to close to $4,000 within a few months. We built a new channel so people can donate online. Their average donation size also increased from $ 5 to $75.

Take another example, we worked with a global nonprofit in the education space- they had to cancel all in person events during 2020 and 2021.

  • Higher Demand for Digital/ Hybrid Alternatives: The National Council of Non-profit reports that as pandemic relief programs end, nonprofits may face increased demands to provide services to those still in need. Nonprofits should plan carefully for successful fundraising.

  • Talent Outreach and Community Engagement: While rooted in local communities, nonprofits need to keep driving engagement through digital technology to raise awareness.
